Sale terms and returns
Everything at Bolt & Remnant by Inchyra is sale stock - roll ends, seconds, archived designs and ex-display pieces - offered at reduced prices while it lasts.

Fabric cut to your chosen length
Fabric is cut to your chosen length and cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described. We say this on every product page and at checkout, so please check your measurements carefully before you order.

Faulty or not as described
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Duties on US orders
If we refund a US order because something arrived faulty or not as described, we’ll refund the item and its delivery charge. Import duty is paid to US Customs on arrival and can’t be reclaimed, so we’re unable to refund it.

Seconds and known marks
Seconds are sold with minor print or weave marks. We describe and photograph every known mark in the listing, and these marks are not a reason for return.

Before you buy
If you'd like more photographs, a measurement checked or advice on colour, just ask - we're always happy to help you choose with confidence.
